Hannah's Wolf

Another request from one of our best friends' children, this time little Hannah got to choose what sort of picture she would receive on Christmas (she got it a bit later than that, but oh well, I had a wedding to plan and head-full of hair to pull out before I could really get into it! She didn't seem to mind, though.).

If ever any of you is going through a stint of artist's block, just shimmy over to the next available 5 year old and ask them what they want you to draw for them. YOU WILL NOT ONLY BE AMAZED but on the upside you will also have the opportunity to draw something out of your comfort zone, which is also nice to try now and again.

And so it was how the "white wolf with glitter on its fur (removed the sparkles in my version, left them in hers) that is licking a lemon ice cream out of a cone" came to be.
